Our car buying journey ended in ONE day! We were on a hunt for a very specific caddy and bypassed several local dealerships to end up here and could not be more satisfied. We are huge fans of the cadillac brand and we got the experience we had hoped for PLUS. Anthony was our professional and we appreciated his matter of factness, his willingness to ask the questions that he did not have the answers to and his professionalism. This last fix of replacing the entire engine that locked up, seems to have fixed the manufactured GM problem. The finding of an engine, going and getting it, and the turn around time to replace it was great. The people at Thornton are great. GM did nothing for me, but Thorrnton did. I came in to test drive an Envista which are never on the lot long. It was the trim I wanted but I loved the car. I continued to stalk the website for the trim I wanted and it was “In transit”. I contacted Spencer by email and he responded within hours. I was able to put money down to hold it with ease. He emailed me weekly until it arrived. He answered all my questions as they came about. Because I already had my own financing, I was in and out with all the paperwork signed and an overview of my new ride in 30 minutes or so. This was the best and easiest process I’ve ever had purchasing a car.

Never had a better purchasing experience of buying an automobile. It was fast, convenient, gave me a fair quote on my trade in and they actually delivered my Cadillac to me, this has never been a courtesy of any dealership I have encountered.

My wife took our 2023 GMC Yukon in because of a squeaking sound coming from the left rear side. She was going to make an appointment to have it looked at but a technician rode with her to try and pin point the sound. He stated some models have a problem with the 2 ND row seats and have to be slightly lubricated. When they returned, he sprayed something on the rear seat mechanism and we haven't heard the sound so far.

Buying a new vehicle has been painful in the past. It constantly seemed like a game of wits between myself, the sales manager and the sales associate. Not in this case. The service provided any all three was excellent. I want to specifically point out Spencer Jones and his professional demeanor, down to earth attitude and his passion for his career. My purchase went after hours and Spencer was there to ensure success the entire time. I can promise I will ask for Spencer directly whenever the time comes to purchase again.
