I am happy with the customer service at this dealership. I do wis they could figure out what is wrong with my remote system on this car. I have not been happy with it from the very beginning. I have been mentioning it from the beginning, actually on the very first time I brought my car in for service. When I have brand new batteries in my remote, it will work minimally better, but not as well as I feel is acceptable. I had a 2002 Maxima that you could unlock from a long way away from the car. My husband has a Silverado that you can unlock from a mile away!!! ( exaggeration, of course) I think as much as we paid for this car it should do much better. When in a parking lot and walking up to my car, I have to be almost to the car before it will lock/unlock with the remote or open the hatch. On my first service they gave me a new remote, but it made no difference!! I believe the sensor in the car is not a good one! I realize my car is going on 5 years old, but I bought it brand new and I have complained about this from the beginning. If my remote is in my purse, forget starting the car!!! My daughter keeps her remote in the bottom of her diaper bag and her car will start with diaper bag inside the house!! Clearly something is wrong.

I feel Shane Oldham is a straight shooter and a good guy. I ashamed to say it, but I can't remember the finance guys name, but he made the process low stress and enjoyable. There were other great folks there, but those are the main two I dealt with. If you are looking for something new or used, give them a look. I found a great car at a great price and well within my budget. I am very happy with my decision!

Always have a good experience here. Thorton rd is different experience. Thorton rd always behind . We asked that they leave the car where it could be picked up after hours and some cars were delivered before we could get there and blocked us in . Barley able to get it out but we did. Not really a complaint but something to be aware of.

I always dread shopping for a vehicle. After deciding what I was looking for we scheduled an appointment for 5:45 PM at John Thornton. Upon arrival Jon Day graciously greeted us and asked if we could be helped. I told him what I was there to see and within minutes he had the vehicle there for a test drive. After the test drive we went in and I was sold . Mackenzie the financial manager assisted and from beginning to end the process was seamless and efficient. The total time it took was less than an hour. These two amazing people will be the reason I return to John Thornton in Carrollton Ga. Hometown hero’s in my book.
