Visit went well. I do wish there was a way to check cancelations or no shows to get a vehicle serviced sooner if needed.

Our experience at the dealership was excellent. Our salesperson (Simon) was helpful and knowledgeable. The finance manager and person who helped explain the vehicles features were also great helps during the buying process.

We have a 2018 Tahoe that we purchased as a previously owned vehicle from John Thornton GMC in Carrollton Georgia. When we bought the Tahoe, we purchased an extended warranty from Ally, and it has saved us a couple of times already. We recently had to bring it in because the transmission was failing, and Mark Pullen was our service advisor, he made sure that we got prompt service. He got the guys in service to get it diagnosed quickly, so that our warranty could cover everything and take care of our need for a vehicle to drive while the work was being Done. He and Ron Gable made sure that our visit to have this work done was a great experience, they are both star employees and deserve praise and recognition for the great work they do. When we are ready to purchase another vehicle, or need service on either our 2018 Silverado, or our 2018 Tahoe, we will definitely be coming back. Thanks again to Mark Pullen and Ron Gable.
