Quick in and out and always great results!

Our salesman, Jarrett, was very nice and helpful. Andy, who went over the features on our Yukon was great. He helped us to understand a lot of the features.

Timely and Pleasant

The customer service is very good—I have no complaints—but every time I go in for an oil change, the mechanics leave the lug nuts on the wheels loose, and they never return the wheel lock key. Last time, I had to turn around and head back—a 30-minute drive each way—because, in my opinion, the dealership in Carrolton is much better than the one in Newnan in every aspect, I shouldn't have to keep checking to make sure I get my wheel lock key back. Last time, they gave me one that was bad and old —so worn out that it’s bound to slip, my is brand new. Now I’ll have to buy another one, because I’m worried that if I ever get a flat tire, this key lock and the wrench for removing the wheel cannot be used, as it is damaged
